Dr. Frankenfeld is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and the Director of the Master of Public Health Program at the University of Puget Sound. Her research is motivated by understanding the complex relationship between diet and health, taking into account interindividual variability in metabolism. Her expertise is the design of observational and clinical studies and analysis of complex nutrition and 'omics data.
