Cara Ruggiero received her MS from the Pennsylvania State University in 2019. She has a background as a registered dietitian as well as experience implementing community-basedobesity prevention interventions in low-incomecommunities. Cara is currently working on her PhD in Nutritional Sciencesat Penn State, focusing on responsive feeding interventions and sibling influences on parent feeding practices.
