Celeste Sununtnasuk is a Senior Program Manager in the Poverty, Health, and Nutrition Division at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). At IFPRI, she coordinates and facilitates research activities for the Alive & Thrive initiative for maternal, infant, and young child nutrition in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and India. She also manages several work packages under the Transforming Agrifood Systems in South Asia (TAFSSA) CGIAR Initiative. Prior to joining IFPRI, Celeste was the Head of Evidence, Policy and Innovation for World Food Programme Nepal and worked as a consultant for the South Asia Unit and Education Global Practice at the World Bank. She holds a BS in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and a MS in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.
