Allison Hepworth, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma. She uses data science skills such as webscraping, natural lanauge processing, and machine learning to describe digital food media. Previously, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in community-based reserach at the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore, Maryland, and earned her PhD, MS, and BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
