Dr. Catherine (Cioffi) Cohen is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Colorado Denver – Anschutz Medical Campus. She was initially trained as a Registered Dietitian and then completed her Ph.D. at Emory University in Nutrition & Health Sciences. Currently, she works within the Lifecourse Epidemiology of Adiposity and Diabetes (LEAD) Center with Dr. Dana Dabelea and Dr. Kartik Shankar as her co-mentors. Her research is generally focused on the influence of nutritional exposures throughout the lifecourse on obesity and fatty liver disease in childhood.
