Mengqi Duan is currently an MS student in Epidemiology at the University at Buffalo. She holds another MS in Nutrition from UB and got her bachelor's in Food Safety at Northeast Agricultural University in China. Her research interests are involved in nutritional epidemiology, nutrient metabolism, dietary intake and chronic diseases. Mengqi will continue her study as a Ph.D. student in Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts Amherst this fall.
