My research focus is the nutritional and molecular epidemiology of cardiometabolic diseases among populations from diverse ethnic backgrounds. My recent research projects apply metabolomics and metagenomics approaches to investigate diet-disease relationships, particularly diet-gut microbiota-host interactions.
