Christina Frazier is a graduate student in the Nutrition Department at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and will be beginning her dietetic internship in the Fall of 2022. While working towards her master’s degree, she has served as the graduate research coordinator under the mentorship of Dr. Jigna Dharod for a National Institute of Health NICHD federally funded grant aiming to explore the relationship between food insecurity, infant feeding practices, and growth trajectory in a low-income, primarily minority population. Christina's areas of interest for her future career include the impact of social determinants of health on nutrition, especially during infancy and early childhood.
