Two guest speakers will discuss the role for diet x epigenetic interactions in the regulation of health and disease. We have selected a senior level as well as an early-stage investigator to discuss findings at the bench and within populations. After the talks, we will move to breakout rooms for further discussion. Each speaker will be given 30 minutes to speak, followed by 20 minutes in the breakout rooms for Q&A.
