Casey Radlowski is a graduate of the Food Science Master's program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research studies chickpea protein hydrolysate and its effect on markers of inflammation in obesity. He is a finalist for the Emerging Leaders in Nutrition Science Abstract Recognition Award Program, a program of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) which recognizes the highest quality research presented by students and young investigators.
