Neil Kuanhsun Huang is a postdoctoral scholar on the Cardiovascular Nutrition Team at the HNRCA under the supervision of Dr. Alice H. Lichtenstein. Dr. Huang’s research focus is on assessing the interplay between diet and cardiometabolic risk factors on population basis studies, specifically understanding how dietary factors alter metabolic profiling and whether the changes in nutrient biomarkers are associated with cardiometabolic risk factors.
