Lily Brickman is a graduate student and senior dietetic intern at the University of Maine. She holds a bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maine. She received Highest Honors for her undergraduate honors thesis "Identifying Cofactors Contributing to Food Insecurity in Elderly Maine Residents Living at Home." She hopes to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and work in the long-term care or public health field.
