I shared in many projects in the field of clinical nutrition related to medical diseases. I participated in national and international conferences, training courses and published many articles in the field of medical and therapeutic nutrition in national and international journals. I studied the dietary therapy and alternative medicine for alleviating the menopausal symptoms, to manage osteoarthritis, obesity, metabolic disease. we concluded than the consumption of natural products prepared from different naturals ingredients as (soya flour, flaxseed, barley, anise and others ingredients) as a diet therapy is a must in the management of medical conditions as it helps in ameliorating the symptoms and improve the quality of life. Functional foods are safe, easily prepared and not expensive and give a sense of satiety. Fortification of different products successfully enriched them with protein, minerals and vitamins. Also I studied the modifiable risk factors for cognitive functions impairment and dementia among obese middle age Egyptians and the dietary long term measures for prevention. We concluded that the dietary therapies that were followed by the obese patients, proved to be healthy and helpful in ameliorating their deteriorated metabolic profile and in improving their cognitive functions.
