Ambria is a Registered Dietitian passionate about nutrition assessment, community-based participatory research, and cardiometabolic disease management through diet. Her current research is focused on improving access to fruits and vegetables to patients managing cardiometabolic diseases and understanding the downstream effects on markers of cardiovascular disease and serum carotenoids. Ambria is also involved in many Interprofessional Education (IPE) opportunities as she hopes to promote the field of dietetics and the role of a Registered Dietitian in these settings.
