I lead a social epidemiology and metabolic outcomes research (SEMOR) program with a focus on gender-based analysis and adult obesity. I am a former Gates Cambridge Scholar and my research is currently funded by federal and provincial sources (CIHR, MSFHR, and GlycoNet). My goal is to improve the health and wellbeing of women and girls in Canada through research, teaching and service.
