Delia is a current PhD student under the guidance of Asst Prof Kim Jung Eun at the Department of Food Science and Technology, National University of Singapore. Her current thesis focuses on the impact of okara and biovalorised okara consumption on glycaemic and gut health in middle-aged and older Singaporeans. Some of her research interests include food product development, food by-product valorisation, gut microbiome, and mental health.
