I am currently a PhD Nutrition student at the Atlantic International University, USA. I am a Food and Nutrition Educator and Researcher at the Department of Food and Nutrition Education, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. Research interests include: Global nutrition, Nutrition Education and Behavioral Science, Nutrition Epidemiology and Nutrition Translation. My career goal is to educate the student-teacher and general public about the importance of food and nutrition and their connection to health. My career interest is to help improve the health and wellbeing of the family unit through food and nutrition.
