Reisya Rizki Riantiningtyas is a PhD student in University Lyon 1 (FR), University of Copenhagen (DK), and Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center (FR). She is interested in understanding the interplay between sensory perception, eating behaviour, and nutrition. Particularly, her PhD project focuses on understanding the oral somatosensory perception of cancer patients and how it influences their food preference and eating experience.
