Erin Lamers-Johnson is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a master’s degree in human nutrition from the University of New Mexico. She is a Nutrition Researcher with the Nutrition Research Network of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is the study coordinator for the AAIM Validation and Staffing Optimization Study. She is an author/collaborator on articles published by the Nutrition Research Network.
