Samantha has a BS in Exercise Science, and a MS in Exercise Science with Concentration in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to starting her doctoral studies, she spent three years as a full time adjunct faculty member in the Exercise Science Department at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Samantha is currently finishing her second-year as a doctoral student and Graduate Research Associate in the College of Health Solutions Exercise and Nutritional Sciences Program at Arizona State University working under Dr. Carol Johnston. Research interests include nutritional interventions targeting inflammation and oxidative stress associated with chronic disease.
