Rukshan Mehta is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Centre for Global Child Health, the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada where she works on several projects focused on maternal and child nutrition and health in the global South. She completed her PhD in Nutrition and Health Sciences at Emory University, Atlanta, GA in 2020, and prior to that has completed her HBSc and MSW, both at the University of Toronto. Her research interests include micronutrient biology, the exposome and implementation science in relation to global maternal and child health, with a focus on low and middle income countries.
