Madelyn Bradley is currently a master's student at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Her current research utilizes mice models to study the metabolic pathways of lycopene, a potent carotenoid associated with many health benefits. She is getting a lot of training in molecular and biochemical science related to nutrition, and is planning to apply what she is learning now to global nutrition research for her PhD.
