Jafar Ali Ajaj Jaafar is a graduate student at Florida International University in the Dietetics and Nutrition department. He has obtained his Undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Notre Dame University in Lebanon in 2014. He has worked as a clinical dietitian for a period of 2 years in Qatar. His first publication was in 2017 as a coauthor in a published study performed at Notre Dame University titled "Factors Affecting Body Composition in Lebanese Students". Mr. Jaafar's recently worked as a research assistant for the "Snackability Trial" at FIU under the supervision of professor Cristina Palacios, where he assisted in assigning the control group participants and followed up with them. Additionally, he recently analyzed recruitment methods for randomized clinical trials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
