I began researching in June 2021 when I applied to Stonehill College's Student Undergraduate Research Experience (S.U.R.E) Program and was granted approval and funding. Since then, I have continued working on this research and developed it into a senior thesis, and am happy to have the chance to share it at the Nutrition 2022 Conference!
