Internship at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts, USA. Currently in a postdoctoral fellow position at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities (EACH) at USP. Experience in the field of Nutrition with an expertise in nutritional epidemiology, dietary assessment, cardiometabolic diseases, and carbohydrate quality.
