I am a 5th year PhD Candidate in Molecular Nutrition at Cornell University. My work in Dr. Martha Field's lab focuses on the mechanisms regulating synthesis of the cardiometabolic disease biomarker erythritol. My broad research interest is identifying novel targets for the prevention and treatment of obesity and diabetes.
