Bilal A. Chaudhry, BSc, ACSM-EP
Bilal is currently a Master's student at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). Bilal's interest in nutrition began as a high school athlete interested in improving his athletic performance and health, this led him to pursuing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Salisbury University. During his time at Salisbury University he was introduced to the value of diet and exercise in the clinical realm. His growing interest for the field led him to UNH where he is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on the effects of diet and exercise on blood glucose regulation. After completing his masters, Bilal plans to pursue a PhD and potentially a post-doctoral fellowship. He is primarily interested in the influence of diet and exercise on metabolic syndrome and it's connection to neurological health.
