Meg received her PhD in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2021. In her current role as a T32 Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Colorado- Anschutz Medical Center in the Children’s Eating Lab, Meg studies the development of eating and feeding behaviors in children under two. A key focus of her research is on the bidirectional influences between parents and their infants/toddlers, and how parents’ behaviors influence, and are influenced by characteristics and behaviors of the child. She hopes to inform strategies to improve nutrition education for caregivers related to the introduction of solid foods and establishing health feeding behaviors.
