Joachim Sackey, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical and Preventive Nutrition Sciences at the Rutgers University School of Health Professions. Dr. Sackey is a nutritional epidemiologist with interests in food insecurity, HIV-related comorbidities associated with poor diet as well as racial and sexual minority health.
