Amy Lo is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her research interests include population health and nutrition epidemiology. She recently received the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship grant to pursue her honors thesis under Dr. Shu Wen Ng, PhD at the Global Food Research Program.
