I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the lab of Dr. Hannah D. Holscher. I earned my PhD in Nutritional Biology at the University of California, Davis. My research focuses on the interaction between lifestyle factors, such as diet and exercise, the gut microbiome, and human health.
