Minchae (Chloe) Kang is a first-year Ph.D. student at the Center for Translational Research in Aging and Longevity (CTRAL) at Texas A&M University. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Science/Kinesiology in August 2020 from Seoul Women’s University, South Korea. Her research interests involve finding an association between metabolic profile and muscle function and body composition in the aging population. She will also investigate the effect of nutritional and exercise interventions on biomarkers associated with frailty and sarcopenia. Chloe’s research has been awarded a travel grant from the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism 2022 congress and recognized by a research grant by Texas A&M University.
