Christina Sciarrillo is a Registered Dietitian and Postdoctoral Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine studying the developmental programming of obesity. Christina completed her PhD at Oklahoma State University, where she studied postprandial metabolism, triglycerides, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
