Gideon is a young and dynamic nutrition scientist committed to demonstrating his professional skills/experiences to contribute to organizational advancement, global food/nutrition system improvement and reduction in the burden of nutrition-related diseases.
He is a lecturer in the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics with research interests in public health, international nutrition, food systems and dietetics. He has several papers published in local and international journals.
Gideon is also open to Doctoral opportunities that will strengthen his research exposure.
