I’m Sarah Liao and I’m currently an undergraduate student (incoming senior) studying nutrition on the dietetics track at Boston University. I am currently working at the Eating Patterns and Metabolism Lab (https://sites.bu.edu/eatingresearch/) with Dr. McCrory. I’m passionate about researching various dietary assessment methods for optimal accuracy for nutritional needs and the public health implications of accurate dietary assessment.
