Ellie Wei graduated from Drexel University in 2018 with a dietetic degree in nutrition and foods and went on to graduate from Boston University in 2020 with a master's degree in nutrition and metabolism. She now works at the University of Hong Kong to gain research experience and hopes that she can combine her nutrition knowledge with research to discover more about the complex relationship between the human body and all types of nutrition.
