Josie Dudzik is a PhD candidate in nether Nutrition and Dietetics program at New York University and a Registered Dietitian at NYU Langone Hospital. She completed her Master of Science and supervised practice from Rutgers University’s Future Education Model program and her Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics from Penn State University. She is currently a fellow for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in the Evidence Analysis Library. Josie’s doctoral research focuses on protein dosing in critically ill patients in the ICU and its’ effect on both short-term clinical and long-term functional outcomes. She has additional research interests in public health and nutrition policy.
