Susan Cheung is a former MS student and dietetic intern in the Nutrition and Integrative Physiology Department at Florida State University. She graduated in Fall 2021 and currently manages the FSU Nutrition and Integrative Physiology Metabolic Kitchen and Diet Assessment Center. She will be presenting the abstract titled, “Associations between essential amino acids and functional health outcomes in older US adults”.
