I am a PhD candidate in Nutritional Sciences at Oklahoma State University. My research focuses on better understanding the cardiovascular disease risk of nontraditional obesity phenotypes (i.e., normal-weight obesity and metabolically healthy obesity), as well as the intersection between gut health and cardiovascular disease risk.
