Courtney Millar, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research, under the advisement of Dr. Shivani Sahni and Dr. Lewis Lipsitz. Although Dr. Millar was originally trained as a molecular nutritionist, she has now transitioned to nutritional epidemiology and dietary interventions. Her current research aims to identify therapeutic dietary strategies that promote both physical and emotional well-being in older adults.
