Sarah Montgomery, JD, AVP & Senior Counsel at Lincoln Financial Group, supports absence and accommodation services products. In this capacity, Sarah oversees a team responsible for tracking legislative and regulatory activity impacting absence administration, assisting Lincoln’s product, account management and claims teams as they develop and implement new leave programs, and supporting Lincoln’s education and outreach programs. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2018, Sarah was a director of compliance supporting absence, life, disability, and voluntary products at Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston. Sarah holds a B.A in History from the University of Rhode Island and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
