Dr. Adeyinka Adedipe, MD, RDMS is the Section Head of Emergency Ultrasound for the Department of Emergency Medicine, and a UW associate professor of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Adedipe is a graduate of Stanford University, and earned his M.D. from the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed a surgical internship at Loyola University in Chicago and his emergency medicine residency at Boston University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He is involved with quality improvement, education, and basic and clinical research with point of care emergency ultrasound. His research interests include ultrasound technology development and novel applications during the evaluation and management of critically ill and injured patients.
