Taylor Marquis is an MS4 at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine. He is an incoming PGY1 resident in Emergency Medicine at Brown/ Rhode Island Hospital. Originially from Swanton, VT, Taylor received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, where he studied Human Developmental & Regenerative Biology and Government. His research focuses include stem cell therapies, cardiovascular disease, and public health / epidemiology. He is politically active, and holds a particular intest in health policy. Outside of medicine, Taylor spends his free time hiking, skiing, cooking, playing board games, and watching baseball. He is hoping to pursue a fulfilling career in academic Emergency Medicine.
