Dr. Christopher Coyne is an Associate Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UCSD. He serves as the Director of Clinical Research in the UCSD Emergency Department, as well the Fellowship Director for the Clinical Research Scholars Fellowship. He has published research on a variety of Emergency Medicine topics including quality improvement and ED administration, public health, digital health, and infectious diseases as they pertain to the emergency department. Dr. Coyne’s primary research at this time focuses on oncologic emergencies and he serves on the executive committee for the NIH/NCI Comprehensive Oncologic Emergencies Research Network (CONCERN).
