Rachel Cafferty, MD is a Clinical Instructor-Research Fellow in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Children's Hospital Colorado. After obtaining her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Dr. Cafferty completed Pediatrics Residency (2017) and Chief Residency (2018) at the University of Minnesota and a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship (2021) at Children's Hospital Colorado-University of Colorado. Dr. Cafferty's research expertise is within the field of adolescent health, with a particular interest in child mental health and suicide screening and prevention efforts in the acute care setting.
