Professionally, I have worked as clinical teaching and core faculty for the Regions Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency for the past 12 years and more recently transitioned to serving as one of the Assistant Program Directors. My professional and clinical interests include orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries, curriculum development and innovative education, evaluations and remediation, and racial and gender equity. In my personal life, my husband and I are parents to 4 kids, 3 cats, a dog, and several plants. I spend whatever free time I have left over trying to catch up on sleep, biking, running, hiking and traveling.
