Timothy M. Loftus, MD, MBA, is the ED Medical Director at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital, Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, and Associate Director of the Clinical Operations and Administration Fellowship Program through the Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Cincinnati followed by a Fellowship in Clinical Operations and Administration at the University of Cincinnati, during which time he obtained his MBA with a focus on Health Care Administration. Outside of his interests in quality improvement, clinical operations, and patient safety, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and cheering on the Irish and White Sox.
