Dr. Harland is an epidemiologist whose research interests include injury and violence prevention and intervention particularly in the areas of intimate partner violence and teen dating violence. Dr. Harland has served as the Director of the Data Coordinating Center for two large CDC funded COVID-19 public health surveillance projects.
