Josh Baugh is the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, a Fellow in ED Administration, and a Fellow in Disaster Medicine in the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Department of Emergency Medicine. He was previously a Chief Resident in the UCLA Ronald Reagan Olive-View Emergency Medicine Program. His research explores the connection between physician burnout and the ED clinical environment, particularly in crisis situations such as COVID-19. He believes that improving EM physician experience at work is a potent way to improve the care we can provide for patients.
