Rebecca E. Cash, PhD, MPH, NRP is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. She is a nationally registered paramedic and was an EMS Research Fellow at the National Registry of EMTs while pursuing her PhD at The Ohio State University. Dr. Cash’s research focuses on describing prehospital care, the EMS workforce, and examining health and safety in EMS, particularly the risk of chronic disease in EMS professionals.
